Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your items, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Ineligible Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags attached if applicable.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged, washed, worn, or otherwise altered.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at gardeceo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you want.
