Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please read our Pre-Order Policy carefully before purchasing a pre-order item. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-order items are products made available for purchase for a limited period before they are ready to ship. Any item sold as a pre-order will be clearly identified as “PRE-ORDER” on its product page.

Pre-orders are produced based on customer demand. Because of this, different terms apply to pre-order purchases than to our standard, in-stock items.

PRE-ORDER WINDOW

Pre-order items will generally be available to purchase for a 48-hour pre-order window, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once the pre-order window closes, we begin the production and fulfillment process based on the orders received.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

After placing your pre-order, you will receive a follow-up email containing the cancellation deadline applicable to that pre-order release.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the cancellation deadline stated in that email.

If you do not wish to wait for the estimated production and fulfillment period, you must submit your cancellation request before the stated deadline.

Once the cancellation deadline has passed, your pre-order is final and can no longer be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellation deadlines may vary between pre-order releases. Please refer to your pre-order confirmation email for the exact date and time applicable to your order.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-order process, all pre-order sales are final once the cancellation window has closed.

After this period, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, size changes, color changes, or exchanges on pre-order items.

Please carefully review your item selection, size, color, shipping information, and order details before purchasing.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

Pre-order items have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 30 days before shipment.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production or fulfillment delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Please purchase a pre-order item only if you are comfortable with the stated turnaround time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the shipment timing may be affected by the pre-order item. Please refer to the applicable product page and checkout information for any specific shipping terms.

BY PLACING A PRE-ORDER

By completing your purchase of a product clearly identified as a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing an item that is not ready for immediate shipment.

  • You understand the estimated 30 day turnaround time before shipment.

  • You have the opportunity to cancel for a full refund during the cancellation window you receive via email post-purchase.

  • After the cancellation window expires, the pre-order is final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.
